Hey VivyVersion 2.0 — July 2026

Practitioner Guide

For health professionals — coaches, trainers, and licensed clinicians — reviewing data a client has shared with them. Your client tracks protocols, doses, labs, and daily check-ins in Hey Vivy; they've invited you to see it between visits, in real time, without paperwork.

Three guarantees

1

Only what they chose to share

Your client picks the data categories. You never see more.

2

Read-only, always

You can't modify, annotate, or write anything back to their record.

3

Every view is logged

Opening their data writes an audit entry — and your client can see it.

Who can use it

Coaches and clinicians — same access, different badge

TierWhoHow
Wellness ProfessionalCoaches, trainers, nutritionistsInstant access after account + two-factor setup
Verified ClinicianLicensed cliniciansVerify your NPI in Settings (any time) to add a verified badge your clients can see

Both tiers see exactly the same data — the badge signals credentials, it never expands access.

Getting started

Four steps from invite to portal

  1. Step 1

    Client invites you

You get an email with a secure link.

  2. Step 2

    Create account or sign in

Free; verify your email — one account works for everything.

  3. Step 3

    Set up two-factor

Required — this is health data.

  4. Step 4

    heyvivy.com/pro

Your portal, on phone or desktop.

Your dashboard shows all your clients in one place — how many are active, cohort-wide adherence, and each client's last activity — plus an Invite tab and Settings.

Reviewing a client

Start on the Overview, drill into anything

Open any client and you land on a synthesized clinical snapshot: adherence rate, score trend, out-of-range labs, last check-in — plus a short AI-generated clinical brief (always marked AI-generated — verify clinically) and charts for adherence, lab highlights, and recent check-ins. A time range selector (30 / 90 / 180 / 365 days) drives the whole view.

Resting Heart Rate

Vitals get trend cards, not grid rows

Out-of-range values are highlighted; tap any marker for its full trend against the reference range.

Need a document? Download a PDF report of everything shared — a branded snapshot you can file (links expire after 30 days).

Privacy, control, trust

Your client stays in control — and that protects you too

Client

Chooses what to share

Data categories, optional expiry, revoke any time — access ends immediately.

Enforced server-side; there is no write path to their record.

Audit

Every open, logged

An immutable entry your client can review.

Hey Vivy's practitioner system is built HIPAA-aligned: two-factor required, PHI-free emails, immutable audit trail.

Also in the app

Everything above is also in the Hey Vivy iOS app — same clinical view, same guarantees — alongside your own personal health tracking. One account, both roles.

Bring your other clients

Your portal includes a personal referral link (Invite tab). Clients who join through it can start tracking and share with you from day one.
