Peptide Cycle & Washout Planner
Map an on-cycle, washout, and next-cycle schedule onto exact calendar dates. This is an educational date-mapping tool, not medical advice or a recommendation to cycle anything.

What cycling & washout mean
In general terms, a cycle is a defined period of time a person is on a compound (the on-cycle), and a washout or off-cycle is a deliberate break afterward before any next cycle begins. People plan these to give the body a pause before the pattern repeats.
Community discussions reference a wide range of patterns — for example, some people mention running 8–12 weeks on with a roughly 4-week washout. These are anecdotes, not guidance. There is no one-size-fits-all schedule: appropriate cycle and washout lengths depend on the specific compound, the individual, and a qualified clinician's direction.
This planner does only one thing: it converts the weeks you enter into exact calendar dates so you can see when each phase would fall. It makes no judgment about whether those lengths are appropriate for you.
Shorter run
8 weeks on · 4-week washout
Longer run
12 weeks on · 4-week washout
Extended break
8 weeks on · 8-week washout
No break
Continuous · 0-week washout
Patterns shown are examples of what people discuss — not a recommendation to use, inject, start, stop, or cycle any substance or medication. Follow your clinician's guidance.

Frequently asked questions
What is a peptide cycle and a washout period?
A 'cycle' is a defined stretch of time on a compound (the on-cycle), and a 'washout' or off-cycle is a deliberate break afterward before any next cycle. The break is meant to give the body time before the pattern repeats. There is no universal schedule — appropriate timing depends entirely on the specific compound and your clinician's guidance.
How long should an on-cycle be?
It varies widely by compound and goal, and community discussions commonly mention ranges like 8–12 weeks on — but those are anecdotes, not a recommendation. The right length for any specific situation can only be determined with a qualified clinician.
How long is a typical washout period?
Reported washout windows differ a lot; a 4-week break is one commonly cited community pattern, but others run shorter or much longer. This planner just maps whatever lengths you enter onto a calendar — it does not suggest what your washout should be.
Does this tool recommend cycling a peptide?
No. This is an educational date-mapping tool only. It does not recommend starting, stopping, or cycling any substance, and it is not medical advice. Decisions about whether and how to cycle anything should be made with your prescriber or clinician.
How are the dates calculated?
The on-cycle runs for the number of weeks you enter starting on your chosen date; the washout follows immediately for its own number of weeks; the next cycle is dated to begin the day after the washout ends. Weeks are converted to exact days, so the timeline reflects real calendar dates.
Can I plan back-to-back cycles with no washout?
If you set the off-cycle length to zero, the planner shows only the on-cycle phase. Whether running cycles without a break is appropriate is a clinical question — this tool makes no such recommendation and you should follow your clinician's direction.
